The company was able to implement the new invoicing system automatically without the need to manually input Finvoice data into the system. At the same time, the customer companies invoiced based on the company’s service were also automatically transferred to its CRM system in the cloud service. This information is available to the company in their CRM system when TS Turvasi wants to plan customer actions or the implementation of new sections. The customer is very satisfied with the functionality of the electronic invoicing system and is interested in expanding its cooperation with the Haulbag team, including in areas such as e-commerce and order system optimization.
