Visual snapshot with Measurements

Measurements module provides an illustrative tool for a quick review of the latest key performance data as well as these trends. Measurements module is combined with the Reporting module into one tool to bring more clarity, according to the needs of each user, it does not function as a stand-alone module.

The administrator defines all the measurements to be used, with their limit values and formats, as well as the measurements collections to be compiled from these and the larger reports to be presented as measurements. Measurements has several different types of presentation, e.g. speedometer, traffic light and line graph.

The measurements collection for the selected area of responsibility is visible in the bottom panel of the report view. Measurements reports with broader content correspond to a normal numerical report and there are two different types according to the selected report. The Responsibility Measurements report compares several responsibilities, such as cost centers, departments, projects, vendors, and customers. The Line Measurements report compares several accounts, such as variable costs, salaries, EBITDA, and other line data, such as products, for example, in sales euros and by volume.
