One of the most significant changes in Proseduuri’s operation began when they realized how complex and slow the use of the ERP system can be for many users. Often, the system requires precise information and filling out certain fields in order to process an order or add a new product. This can be challenging and time-consuming, especially if the user is not familiar with the many different functions and possibilities of the system. Idea

That’s when we had the idea: what if we could combine a user interface closer to natural language with artificial intelligence? This way, the user could dictate or tap a description or command out of thin air, and the system would completely understand what the user wants. The user wouldn’t have to fill out all the fields separately or search for information from several different places – instead, the user would focus on producing content or giving commands in their natural language.

We at Proseduuri accepted this challenge and started developing our enterprise resource planning system. We have invested more resources in the development of an AI and natural language understanding interface. We want to create a system that is easy to use and would speed up companies’ daily operations even more.

We are only at the beginning of our journey, but even now we can say that harnessing artificial intelligence in a private cloud has brought interesting possibilities. A new AI interface has now been developed in Haulbag, which will allow us to develop new revolutionary functions in the future. Now, users can write or dictate natural language product descriptions and the system can pick out the right things in the right ERP fields. Creating a product could not be easier, as we can also analyze the user’s provided image and deduce the product group, color and corresponding information from it.

Next, we want to enable the user to enter simple commands. For example, “fetch the latest order from customer x” or “add a new product” – and the system guides the user to the right place. The artificial intelligence selects the correct fields to be filled and offers the necessary options. The user just needs to communicate, and the system does the rest.

By utilizing natural language and artificial intelligence, Proseduuri has an ERP system that offers its users an easy and fast way to handle daily tasks. The system has significantly accelerated business operations and reduced human errors.
